We're Hiring: Service Advisor in Heavy Duty Department

Do you have a passion for customer service and a solid understanding of heavy-duty trucks? We're looking for a Service Advisor to be the bridge between our customers and technicians at our fast-paced, highly respected shop.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and assess service needs
  • Create work orders and coordinate repair timelines
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction from drop-off to pick-up
  • Maintain accurate service records and billing
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a truck, diesel, or automotive service environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and systems
  • Proficiency with service management software a plus
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Minimum three years’ experience in light and/or heavy-duty truck industry with a working knowledge of parts and services used in repair and maintenance. Similar experience in related industries will be considered.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
  • Ability to understand financial information as it pertains to dealership operations
