Position Summary:


What You’ll Do
• Assemble furniture for higher education and healthcare facilities
• Perform framing, fabricating, upholstering, prep, subassembly, and base assembly
• Ensure product quality and accuracy in all work
• Use handheld power tools with precision
• Support training of team members
• Participate in 5-S audits and maintain a clean, safe work environment
What You’ll Bring
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for a full shift
• Skills to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Self-starter mindset with accountability and customer focus
