Specialist Customer Support Marketing & Digitalization Communication (f/m/x).

 

What awaits you?

• Planing, implementation and development of seasonal and product-related campaigns in 12 markets with a focus on customer loyalty and acquisition as well as preparation of appropriate communication materials for BMW/MINI accessories, service and parts.
• Interdepartmental collaboration for the integration of all Aftersales topics within the BMW/MINI customer lifecycle.
• Development and management of digital channels and projects such as website, SEM, social media and My BMW App/MINI app.
• Measuring the performance of marketing campaigns and evaluating and presenting results
• Coordination and management of external agencies, central and local interface partners.

 

What should you bring along?

• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on marketing, communication studies, digital media and communication, etc.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in marketing/communication in the automotive environment.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and technical understanding of digital communication channels.
• Personal initiative, ability to work in a team, flexibility and a structured way of working.
• Native German speaker and very good English skills.

We are looking for you as of now for 30h / week and a duration of indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month (full time basis). The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
