Are you proficient in web testing and test automation? Perhaps you could be our prospective colleague, responsible for the development and execution of manual and automated tests for GEN core business systems.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies that align with project goals and business objectives.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, fostering their professional development.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices in QA methodologies.

• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test scripts, promoting efficiency and repeatability in the testing process.

• Evaluate, implement, and oversee the use of automation frameworks and tools.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to communicate test results, project timelines, and priorities.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• Strong knowledge of system QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on e-commerce or web applications

• Experience in testing of API endpoints (HTTP, JSON, XML, ...)

• Proficient in English to discuss requirements and solutions with English-speaking colleagues.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
