Job Description
Freelance Production Engagement Lead, North America
We have identified an opportunity for a Freelance Production Engagement Lead to join us in a vital client facing position, managing and continuously building on the brand and category partnership.
The role will report into the Global/US Operations Lead and work closely with the Global/US Production Lead, onsite teams and origination/adaptation hubs to supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs.
This is a very demanding and ever-changing role that will require the Engagement Lead to have strong production experience in TVC shoots, post production, digital, photography and social content creation. In addition, the person will need client management capabilities. Critical knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential. As the Engagement Lead for a Brand or Category, it will also be your responsibility to ensure overall Category/Brand expectations
- Experience in Healthcare sector is required
- Oversee all local/regional production work for the Categories/Brand they are assigned to
- Key point of contact for Client Brand teams & agencies (creative & media), ensuring needs are addressed and campaigns are developed to the highest standard of quality
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Executive Producer on all regional based work, supported by producers who will manage the day-to-day delivery of work
- Participate in production planning and optimization
- Production escalations point for all regional work
- Work closely with production teams in the respective region for all Client global work + local work
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing project management or production role
- Healthcare / Pharma marketing experience required
- Ability to navigate complex workflow with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of integrated production, operations, production workflows, etc.
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $47.36 - $79.57/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 09/30/2024.
