Description & Requirements
Candidates must reside in the New York City metro area and be available to travel as required to meet business needs.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Capital Markets transformation initiatives across front, middle, and back‑office functions, with emphasis on:
- Trade lifecycle management
- Trade capture, verification, and confirmation
- Settlements and clearing
- Collateral, margin, and treasury operations
- Client onboarding
- Regulatory operations
- Assess current‑state operational workflows to identify process weaknesses, control gaps, and opportunities for redesign or automation.
- Develop future‑state operating models and transformation roadmaps aligned to industry best practices, regulatory expectations, and evolving market infrastructure.
- Partner with technology teams to modernize key platforms supporting trading, market operations, and support functions (e.g., trade processing, settlements, data platforms).
- Strengthen data flow and operational controls, improving data quality, exception management, and reporting across the trade lifecycle.
