The work we do here matters.</span></p><h2><br/><b>Department Overview</b></h2>Supply Chain Business Enablement<h2><br/>Job Description</h2><p>Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Business Systems Manager, Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly qualified, and capable Business Analyst. This role will provide expertise in the areas of business problem/opportunity identification, requirements definition, business process, and cost of production analysis.<br/> <br/>As part of our core Supply Chain BA team, you will be responsible for the business implementation around new Enterprise platforms and bringing Mergers and Acquisitions into the existing Supply Chain ecosystems. </p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Performing and implementing process improvement initiatives leveraging LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or certified Business Analysis principles.</li><li>Helping non-technical business people turn their business needs into concrete system deliverables.</li><li>Driving the success of projects.</li><li>Organizing leads, and facilitating cross-functional project teams: sometimes in tandem with a Project Manager, but also fulfilling those duties in smaller projects and process improvement activities.</li><li>Communicating with leadership and peers, including team progress, business value, presentations, and training courses.</li><li>Discovery, designing, test planning, and rollout phases of Supply Chain Enterprise Tool rollouts.</li><li>Identifying improvement opportunities diagrams and evaluating current business processes to provide recommendations for process improvements or changes.</li><li>Collecting data to identify root-cause of problems. </li><li>Gathering business requirements through interviewing subject-matter experts and documenting business requirements for solutions analysis, development, and user onboarding.</li></ul><h2><br/>Basic Requirements</h2><p>Bachelor's Degree in related field</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role</li><li>Expertise in core Supply Chain functions: Material and Inventory Planning, Product Management and Master Data, Manufacturing and Distribution Fulfillment, or Order Management.
