The Role

In SAP Authorization and Security at Kyndryl, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our customers' SAP environments. You'll be the expert behind designing and maintaining secure access, ensuring systems remain protected while running at peak efficiency.

Not only will you be responsible for managing user access and authorization frameworks, but you'll also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technologies and innovative solutions that shape the future of SAP security. You'll be at the forefront of compliance and risk management, continuously evolving your expertise to stay ahead of emerging threats and industry best practices.

Your technical skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot critical security incidents, fine-tune authorization models, and implement strategies to enhance system integrity. You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring secure, seamless, and optimised access, enabling our customers to operate with confidence.

Role and Responsibilities 

• Possessing in-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP role-based security concepts.

• Acting as an SAP configuration expert in basic SAP security parameters.

• Providing input to and/or preparing functional and technical specifications, and monitoring developments.

• Collaborating with SAP Controls, Development, and functional teams to develop standard authorizations for all user requirements.

• Designing, building, and testing appropriate security roles in alignment with key stakeholders.

• Managing user access across the SAP landscape, including ABAP and Launchpad systems and clients.

• Being responsible for technical documentation, configuration, implementation, and testing of security roles.

• Offering supporting SAP security knowledge and options to the functional teams.
