Recruitment Marketing Associate Coordinator

 

We currently have a career opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing Associate Coordinator to join our corporate marketing team located in St. Louis, Missouri. This individual reports directly to Perficient’s Director of Content & Communications and will work in partnership with Perficient’s Talent Acquisition team to help drive Perficient’s recruitment efforts. (Hybrid; Minimum 2x IN OFFICE)

• Execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality talent for a fast-growing and global digital consulting firm
• In collaboration with recruiters, business, and technology teams, leverage Perficient’s recruiting systems capabilities to develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns 
• Optimize performance of recruitment marketing channels (emails, LinkedIn, Indeed, & social media) to improve candidate quality and response rates
• Identify hiring trends, research various recruiting approaches, and develop marketing assets to enhance recruiting strategies
• Demonstrate overall strong management and execution of marketing tactics, including: planning, research, writing, vendor management, event management, and reporting
• Create customized content – emails, blog posts, video, ads – targeted at specific departments and skillsets to further enhance recruitment efforts
• Help enable the recruitment team by developing recruiting tools and collateral that best tell Perficient’s employment brand story 
• Leverage data and insights to prioritize and support recruiters’ requests as they lead their marketing outreach to candidates
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign success, and oversee budgets to make strategic recommendations that maximize cost effectiveness
• Partner and build strong relationships with global recruiting stakeholders and teams across North America, Latin America, India, China and Eastern Europe 
• Collaborate across central marketing functional teams (creative, digital, social, events, and market research) to ensure fully integrated campaign and program development

• A bachelor’s level degree in marketing, communications, Human Resources, or related discipline
• One to three years’ experience with digital marketing, content marketing, communications, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Understanding of the recruiting process, employment branding efforts and/or direct recruitment marketing experiences. 
• Experience working with external recruitment marketing agencies/vendors 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong business acumen 
• Sound project management and time management skills
