EquipmentShare is searching for a Parts and Services Manager for CASE Power & Equipment, Florida retail location in Fort Myers, Florida. The role will have a "service" focus while managing parts inventory and team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervision of quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel.
• Assisting in scheduling repairs for customer own fleet and company owned rental equipment for
  warranty.
• Supervision of quality performance of our parts managers and teams within CPEFL locations.
• Manage CPEFL overall parts network and inventory.
• Assisting support to maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure that our
  customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from Case
  Power and Equipment and are being kept up to date about new or additional ways in which CPE
  & EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
• Requires extensive knowledge of warranty information and will be main decision maker re: all
  Case and other OEM warranty items.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other
  communications.
• Monthly feedback on results & trends positive or negative.
• Assist in the hiring process of new “key” employees for Parts & Services. Assist GM’s with
  coaching, training, development, while maintaining a safe work environment as well as the
  evaluation of dotted line teams to accomplish defined goals and objectives.

Skills & Qualifications 

• Industry knowledge (this can be in the rental industry or a related construction field).
• Innovative and dependable.
• 3+ years of maintenance and service experience preferred.
• Competitive candidates will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must be adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and be able to quickly
  educate themselves about and stay up to date on the latest OEM and EquipmentShare products
  and services.
• Must be competitive but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience and/or a background in the construction
  industry.
• 3-5 years of industry experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Ability to travel within CPE territory a must
