Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Test Lead to join our team in the Arlington, VA area.

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle
• Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies
• Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Here's what you need:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ combined experience in testing and leading testing efforts
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools
• Experience supervising teams of testers through all phases of testing
• Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance/Testing (application, product, system, regression testing)

Bonus Points if you have:

• Previous consulting experience and understanding customer/business needs
• Experience conducting automation tools analysis, selection, and recommendation

Security Clearance:

• Must have an active Secret clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
