About the role

Job TitleExecutive Assistant to SVP Corporate StrategySummary of the roleIn this role, you will provide secretarial and general administrative support to the executive SVP of Corporate Strategy, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle Executive’s agenda and ensure that he/she is always attainable and that all pertinent issues are dealt within a timely fashion.</li><li>Greet, and accompany visitors, guests, high-level contacts and new comers.</li><li>Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, mail and e-mail.</li><li>Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, status reports, etc.;</li><li>Compile and maintain data (including confidential) for reports and filing.</li><li>Coordinate meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses.</li><li>Arrange business travel and follow-up.</li><li>Approve standard demands / requests within delegated authorities.</li><li>Maintain project and administrative files.</li><li>Check that the office set up is appropriate and that office equipment is properly configured, installed and maintained.</li><li>Maintain necessary office supplies for supervisor/group supported.</li><li>Handle specific projects related to the activities of the executive.</li></ul>About the ideal candidate<ul><li>5+ years experience is a similar role assisting a Director, VP, SVP or ExCom member</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
