In everything we do, we’re committed to artistic integrity, transparency, and entrepreneurship.</p> <p>Sony Music Entertainment is a member of the Sony family of global companies.</p> <p>Project Support is responsible for executing the day-to-day logistics that power campaign delivery across Campaign Leadership, Audience Development, and Campaign Operations, ensuring all assets, platforms, and communications are accurate, timely, and aligned.</p> <p>This role owns the completion of critical campaign tasks across multiple artists and projects, managing workflows related to asset creation, approvals, and distribution while maintaining organization across timelines and systems. While Campaign Leads and Audience Development teams define strategy and creative direction, Project Support ensures that execution is carried through cleanly and without gaps.</p> <p>Operating within established systems and processes, this role supports the movement of assets and information across teams, helping maintain consistency across websites, social profiles, newsletters, and artist-facing touchpoints.</p> <p>Project Support works closely with internal teams and, at times, artists and managers to facilitate approvals, distribute materials, and ensure all campaign components are properly implemented. The role also plays a key part in identifying potential delays within asset and approval pipelines, proactively flagging risks to keep campaigns on track.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Asset Requests (Banners, Teasers, Pre-Roll, Cutdowns, Animated Artwork, OOH)</li> <li>Asset Tracking &amp; Approvals Coordination</li> <li>Website Management</li> <li>Artist Newsletter Creation &amp; Distribution</li> <li>Video Description Implementation (in partnership with Audience Development)</li> <li>Social Profile Setup &amp; Maintenance</li> <li>Tour &amp; Release Information Updates</li>
