About the role

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager of Internal Communications, you’ll be responsible for supporting a best-in-class employee communications function to serve Docusign’s global employee base, generate excitement, and drive strategic alignment for Docusign’s next chapter as the Intelligent Agreement Management company, with a specific focus on, but not limited to, supporting Docusign’s Customer Success org.

In this role, you’ll work closely with business partners and members of our executive team to determine business goals and derive communications goals, strategy and tactics both company-wide, and for leaders’ respective organizations. You will also lead the day-to-day intake and execution of org-level communications for the Customer Success teams.

We are looking for a communications professional who loves to dig into all aspects of the work. You’ll need to be able to seek out information to support business goals, distill what you’ve found, create communications strategies, draft narratives and plans, and then implement. To succeed, you’ll be proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a matrixed environment. You are creative and have top-notch writing skills, but you love a good edit. You enjoy the challenge a tight deadline brings and have the wit and scrappiness to meet it. You love to get into the weeds and help employees learn and thrive. You are flexible in the face of change. You get joy from growing an enterprise that helps businesses and people be successful.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Employee Communications Director.
