Location:  Atlanta, GA (hybrid, in office 3 days/week)

This is an individual contributor position that will manage a full desk recruiting for professional roles.  This role will also be expected to lead projects and provide consultative talent advisory services to stakeholders from the business.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to negotiating and closing offers. Your strategic and consultative approach will be key in influencing hiring decisions and ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the needs of the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize your expert sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent, leveraging a variety of tools and platforms.
  • Influence outcomes with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in direct recruiting and talent acquisition within a complex global environment or executive search firm.

Pay Range:

$121,500 - $140,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
