Job Description: The Yard Operations Coordinator will oversee the daily inventory of all units on the property, process invoices, and handle breakdown calls. This role involves strong organizational skills, attention to detail, inventory management, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily inventory of all trailer units on the property.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Investiga discrepancies, including why a unit is present or missing
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve inventory issues.
• Code invoices into the appropriate general ledger account.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing.
• Answer phone calls
• Setup service requests based on customer needs
• Handle after-hours on-call responsibilities as required.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in yard operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
• Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
