Maintenance Technician – Broadway Park | Youngstown, OH

30 hours/week | Full-Time Benefits | Daytime Schedule
Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour (based on experience)

Join our team at Broadway Park, a modern senior housing community, where you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and facility issues

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

• Supervise and train junior maintenance staff

• Maintain accurate records and manage maintenance inventory

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (senior housing a plus)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Valid driver’s license required

• Certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus
