We are looking now for Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in Brazil.

What you will do

• Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage budgets, optimisation goals, creative assets and develop campaigns structure across Meta, Google and other targeted platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns performance, providing actionable insights and alerts.
• Develop and implement new ad strategies and tests.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce effective ad creatives.
• Conduct landing page experiments and manage project timelines.

Requirements

• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience in campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis, handling substantial budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaigns performance and provide insights.
• Ability to manage budgets, leads plan-fact and creative tasks independently.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging ad content and coming up with new strategies and experiments.
• Solid level of English; fluent Russian.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
