Field Service Technician (Lenexa, KS)

Job Description

Our Field Service Technicians play a key role in supporting and growing relationships with our loyal customers. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for remote and on-site service and network connectivity of Canon, Konica-Minolta, Kyocera, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark networked digital imaging products including digital presses, copiers, printers, scanners, facsimile, MFD, and wide-format devices.

What you will do in this role:

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Respond to service requests (average 4-6 scheduled calls per day)
• Inspect and troubleshoot printer issues
• Repair and replace faulty parts
• Install and test new equipment
• Conduct routine servicing on equipment
• Track and maintain equipment parts in company vehicle
• Enhance, grow and maintain customer relationships

We are an Authorized Training Partner, and you will be fully trained and equipped to make necessary mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as provide networking support and preventive maintenance support on products for which you are certified to service. • Job Type: Full Time (M-F/8AM-5PM)
• Location: Lenexa, KS
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment screenings
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to perform the essential functions of this role
