Who You Are:
You appreciate a well-thought-out event strategy, care about best-in-class execution, and understand how to track and measure its marketing impact. You can seamlessly communicate and coordinate between marketing and sales teams, internal spokespeople, and external agencies. You have a positive energy and the desire to redefine event marketing to elevate the Galaxy brand, educate our audiences, and develop key client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage creative development of event initiatives, from branding, programming, content creation, and venue selection to event execution.
- Elevate Galaxy’s industry recognition for best-in-class client experiences and educational events, including our Annual Executive Summit, venture meetups, Galaxy shareholder meetings, and research workshops
- Plan and provide logistical support on virtual and in-person events
- Assist with onsite executive support at events, meetings, and onsite functions
- Monitor and evaluate event engagement and performance:
- Track and evaluate events analytics and measure KPIs
- Manage CRM tracking and data maintenance
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and resources
- Spearhead vendor and partner communications
- Work cross functionally with teams to ensure events are on brand, on message, and deliver the expected results and ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in events
- Events management including digital and in-person experiences
- Strong proficiency with the following software
- Microsoft Office
- Salesforce and/or Hubspot
- Event Marketing software (SplashThat, Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage complex workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to embrace complexity
- Analytical, metrics-driven approach to events strategy and management
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a growing team
- Proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, quick learner, and team player mentality
- Ability to travel (nationally and internationally)
- Knowledge of, or at least strong interest in, the cryptocurrency sector
Bonus Points:

- An interest in design and experience in the Adobe Creative suite or Figma
- Content programming and creative mindset
