Join our dynamic team at Mission Systems Legal, Contracts, and Compliance (LCC) as the Associate Director, Compliance, serving as the lead for integration and inter-entity activities. In this pivotal role, you will drive key integration initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of procedural strategies, communication plans, and compliance frameworks for contract administration. Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating complex legal and regulatory matters, ensuring our operations remain aligned with evolving requirements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and maintain compliance, all while providing strategic oversight to the leadership team on progress and challenges related to the integration plan. What YOU Will Do:

  • Act as the Mission Systems LCC lead for integration and inter-entity activities
  • Actively develop, support, and drive execution of a variety of integration initiatives and projects including procedural development and implementation, drafting and executing communication plans, and developing compliant contract administration and CAGE strategies
  • Remaining apprised of and alerting leadership to legal and regulatory matters that could impact its pursuits, contracts, and operations
  • Reporting to leadership LCC progress and challenges which impact the integration plan
  • Drafting and developing procedures and engaging in process improvements involving Mission Systems LCC
  • Developing guidance and reference documents
  • Reviewing and commenting on policies and processes involving Mission Systems LCC
  • Supporting other special projects and compliance related activities

  • Regulatory and Legal Insights: Deepen your knowledge of evolving legal and regulatory frameworks, including compliance with government contracts, CAGE strategies, and inter-entity transacting, ensuring that your operations stay ahead of industry changes
  • Project Management and Process Optimization: Sharpen your project management skills by overseeing large-scale integration projects, from procedural development to execution, all while optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement
  • Strategic Leadership and Influence: Learn to effectively communicate with and influence leadership on complex compliance issues, shaping the direction of projects and initiatives with impactful decisions and innovative solutions

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience 
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract 


Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Prior experience with USG contract management, compliance and regulations (including classified requirements)
  • Prior experience with inter-entity transacting
  • Prior project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and develop effective relationships based on respect and trust
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence leadership
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
