As Manager of Learning &amp; Development, you’ll supervise instructional designers and other learning and development team members to design and develop training—from new hire onboarding to ongoing professional development. You’ll support business strategy and execution of engaging, instructionally sound learning experiences rooted in adult learning principles, ensuring every program impacts the culture at ES.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">In this role, you’ll guide and inspire a team of L&amp;D professionals while managing priorities, setting clear expectations, and elevating the quality of learning deliverables.
