Qualitest is looking for PMO Lead to work in Katy, TX onsite.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, well organized and able to work under pressure.
• We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Lead. The responsibilities of the PMO lead include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO processes, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs, produce periodic reports to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and provide reports to executives
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• PMP certification is desired

Requirements

1. 8+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of experience as Project Manager

2. Ability as a PMO lead include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO processes, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs, produce periodic reports to leadership

3. Experience with a project management tool like Microsoft Projects.

* PMP certification is desired
