Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Parts Clerk to support our busy fleet service shop. If you have experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts—and especially if you’ve worked in a dealership setting—you could be a perfect fit.

✅ Requirements:
•    Prior experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts
•    Forklift certification (or willingness to complete certification)
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Valid, clean driver’s license
•    Willingness to travel for training
•    Strong team player with a professional, respectful demeanor
•    Detail-oriented with a “do what it takes” attitude
•    Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen

💼 What You’ll Do:
•    Order parts from preferred vendors
•    Create POs and manage invoices
•    Receive and stock parts; maintain bin locations and inventory levels
•    Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits
•    Support technicians by providing needed parts
•    Manage parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory
•    Operate a forklift for loading/unloading parts
•    Maintain a clean and organized parts department
•    Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
•    Additional duties as assigned
