Job Description

We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations and oversee a team of 15 to 25 production staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-output environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are paramount. The position is based on a modern, fully automated facility in Denton, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks and monitor adherence to production procedures
  • Conduct safety and quality inspections
  • Ensure equipment readiness and operational safety
  • Promote positive employee relations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support training, discipline, and compliance with company policies
  • Operate and certify metal detection equipment (training provided)

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (food preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred:

  • Completion of AIB Bakery Science Residence Program
  • Formal management training
