Director / Team Lead, Integrated Medicine Sales Business Operations
PfizerAbout the role
ROLE SUMMARY
The Director, IM Sales Business Operations is the single operational lead for the Integrated Medicine (IM) field organization within the PC United structure. This role provides end-to-end ownership of the operational infrastructure that enables both the East VP and West VP to execute national strategy consistently and efficiently across their respective geographies.
The selected candidate leads a consolidated team of Operations Managers, each with SME accountability across a defined functional area – ensuring that field operations, incentive compensation, meetings planning, field force administration, and compliance processes are delivered as one unified function, not duplicated regionally. This role reports to the Primary Care Director of Strategy & Business Operations and works in close partnership with both IM VPs as the day-to-day operational backbone of the IM organization.
This is an execution-focused leadership role. The Director ensures that operationally complex, high-impact programs are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance – providing both VPs with the operational reliability needed to lead their regions without managing functional detail themselves.

Provide day-to-day coaching, workload management, and prioritization guidance to direct reports
2. Incentive Compensation (IC) Administration
Own the end-to-end IC operational process for the IM field organization:

Ensure IC reporting and payout processes are accurate, timely, and compliant
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for field IC queries, exception handling, and dispute resolution
