What you'll do:
- Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, prioritizing customer needs and business objectives.
- Execute diagnostic techniques and programming methods to identify and resolve building controls issues, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement specialized programming projects, including daylight harvesting and sustainability initiatives to optimize energy use.
- Monitor trends, alarms, and recalls, adapting controls strategies to maintain system effectiveness and compliance.
- Communicate progress and provide expert guidance to stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Foster strong partnerships to deliver solutions that enhance building management system performance and customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience with building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in operating and optimizing Building Management Systems to enhance building performance.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and business partners.
- Ability to analyze system data, identify trends, and implement proactive solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and deliver quality results within deadlines.
