Graduate Program - Global Pricing

The Opportunity

You will be part of Global Pricing Team, immersed in the beauty and fashion industry for a worldwide scope. Your role will be to define and implement different price strategies per segment and per category of products. You will participate in building a global and consistent brand positioning while guaranteeing the topline growth working hand in hand with the markets around the world. 
The main workstreams of the department are:
•    Pricing definition for the annual increase: Implement and Monitor Brand pricing strategy
•    New Product Pricing: Analyze competitive benchmark for new launch & optimize positioning
•    Pricing Intelligence: Adapt global strategy to local context 
 

What you'll get to do

Functions and Responsibilities:
-    Drive pricing analysis by market to understand local pricing dynamics: competitors’ movements, price increase, launches, promotional activities of retailers
-    Participate in the coordinating & monitoring of the annual price increase of the different segments and categories. Ensuring price consistency in different Region and Channel
-    Prepare annual price lists and monitor its implementation in systems and its communications to relevant teams across the world
-    Conduct various analyses to investigate data & enrich pricing approach based on performances and recommend optimal guidelines for different product size and intensity
-    Provide analytical support to commercial functions
-    Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including sales, account management, marketing and developing teams
 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Education: University degree in Economics, BA, or similar 
•    Languages: Spanish, English
•    Experience in an analytical role with advance level of Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX, PIVOTS, Ifs formula)
•    Excellent communication skills to interact with people at all levels of organization
•    Competencies: Curiosity, rigorous, accuracy, analytical, results oriented, teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
