Transactions Specialist I - Warehouse Associate

As a Transactions Specialist in the Global Document Services department you will be responsible for handling materials from the warehouse to the operations floor. Global Document Services (GDS) is the corporation's primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. Global Document Services (GDS) prints, inserts and mails over 650 million mail pieces annually including postcards, letters, statements, checks, invoices, and marketing material originated from its internal composition team as well as documents created by Output Systems.
Job responsibilities:
- Perform requisition pulls & manual pulls
- Stock the floor and staging areas
- Remove recyclable materials to the compactors
- Audit the inventory as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Minor equipment maintenance as needed
- Detail-oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills – with excellent accuracy
- Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
- Be able to lift up to 70lbs
- Comfortable Cross-training within Global Document Services
