About the role
About the roleAs a Quality technician at Storio Group you will Supervise and monitor production processes by checking for correct product and process quality, ensuring that all processes are executed safely, supporting, advising, and training employees and also contributing to the creation, implementation and maintenance of various control tools to ensure stable production quality. You will work closely with the quality technicians, production, maintenance and process improvement.

Primary Responsabilities
- Control and monitor product specifications, processes and incoming materials/products to be printed to ensure stable output quality.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with production to drive the development, implementation, and validation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) and improvements in the shopfloor.
- Support and validate improvements in the production lines.
- Manage the QMS implementation within the operations function.
- Coach, mentor and inspire colleagues, instilling a quality-first mindset.
- Conduct internal and external audits, reporting and addressing findings in alignment with the QMS.
- Report metrics and project updates to the quality manager.
- Support and validate improvements in the packaging and new raw material.
- Create and maintenance the documentation relation with production and quality.
- Creation and maintenance of testing criteria and sampling plan for Q-Lab.
- Support the correct implementation of Change control system.
- Ensures the process of continuous improvement within all sections/product related, so customer complaints or internal production problems have been received: verified that the problem actually exists, analysed the problem through databases or field studies, collected and analysed the necessary information/data and taken action; checked whether the quality of the products conforms to the CTQ (specifications) in response to customer complaints.

Experience and Attributes we’d like to see
- Bachelor (BSc) or Master degree in engineering discipline.
- Equivalent extensive experience in a similar mid/senior quality engineer role.
- Lead auditor (ISO 9001 or similar quality standard).
- Manufacturing or factory-based experience.
- Fluent in English both written & spoken.
- Report writing Problem solving e.g. 8D.
- Data analysis e.g. Pareto, Histogram.
- Project management tools e.g. Action plan.
Nice to Have Experience
- Formal qualification in quality.
- Print industry, aerospace, automotive.
