Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
This position provides transaction and administrative support to the Psychological and Brain Sciences and the programs associated with the department.
- Initiates/review and upload supporting documentation for purchasing transactions.
- Processes spend authorizations and expense reports for travel.
- Process reimbursement requests for department members in your assigned profile.
- Reviews and processes Procard transactions for approval.
- Processes internal and external invoices.
- Monitors account balances, process necessary journals and budget adjustments.
- Maintains documentation of transaction in accordance with internal and external retention and compliance policies.
- Provides general office support including supporting human subject payments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
