Job Title: License Practical Nurse (LPN) - Resident Care Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Grand Villa of Boynton Beach

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend schedule

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated License Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Care Supervisor at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. As a Resident Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our senior residents and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care possible.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and medical records

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Supervise and train nursing staff

- Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding residents' care

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

- Current LPN license in the state of Florida

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassion for seniors and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care
