User Researcher (6.000 zł - 10.000 PLN net)

We’re looking for a talented User Researcher. Working as a User Researcher at Survicate is a unique opportunity. We have a small team, so you won’t be one of dozens. You’ll be one of a few, so your impact will be felt inside and outside the company. You'll be helping over 20.000 users worldwide collect and act upon feedback from their customers.

We are not looking for someone who’s already expert in everything they do. We’re looking for someone great who demonstrates the interest, drive, and desire to keep learning new things and continually get better.

What you’ll be doing?

• Designing and conducting end-to-end research activities, including surveys, in-depth user interviews, usability studies, and product data analytics
• Analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating insights and research findings through written reports and presentations
• Maintaining customer feedback loops and providing customer & data inputs to the product roadmap
• Identifying gaps and opportunities for new research projects
• Collaborating cross-teams to understand upcoming research needs and prioritize the most impactful research at the company
• Becoming the ‚voice of the customer’ and ambassador of user research across the company

Requirements

Must haves: 

• Growth mindset 
• Passionate about user research 
• Curiosity 
• Good knowledge and understanding of user research methods, both qualitative and quantitative 

Nice to haves: 

• Working with B2B customers and/or digital products 
• Experience with messaging, product analytics, and user research tools, like MixPanel, Intercom, Vero, Jira (or similar) will be a plus
