JOB DESCRIPTION:
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead the Global HR Services Center organization across the U.S., Peru, Poland, and Malaysia, delivering service strategies and programs aligned with enterprise business objectives.
• Drive strong stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and collaboration across CHR, GHRS, and other key functions.
• Partner with CHR, GHRS, and business leadership to design, implement, and support new processes and organizational structures that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of work delivered across all service center teams.
• Achieve and exceed SLA targets and productivity metrics, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as an expert on applicable HR systems, actively participating in major system enhancements, redesigns, and optimization efforts.
• Monitor process flows, workload distribution, ticket management, and staffing levels to manage costs and ensure teams meet critical goals and deadlines.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and the ability to understand the dynamics, values, and practices across multiple countries and regions.
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity, shifting effectively between strategic priorities and hands on operational execution.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations globally.
• Act as a thought leader for the GHRS organization, driving innovative initiatives and programs that support both short and long term business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Area/Country HR, HR Practice Areas, and HR Service Centers to ensure coordinated and effective HR delivery.
• Leverage strong communication and analytical skills to drive organizational performance and operational excellence.
• Inspire, motivate, coach, and provide feedback to teams and individuals to foster a high performance culture.
• Champion a customer-focused mindset, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all regions.
• Lead, develop, and grow high-performing teams, preparing talent for future leadership roles and long-term success.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in shared services or operational HR environments.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes and strong project management capabilities.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex, diversified businesses with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to influence, lead, and drive organizational transformation.
• Strong understanding of key business and financial drivers, with a track record of delivering measurable HR results.
The base pay for this position is
$149,300.00 – $298,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
