We are seeking a QA Manager for our Quality Engineering and Testing Practice. This is a senior leadership position focused on driving quality transformation, client engagement, and delivery excellence.

Your role:

  • Serve as a Senior Testing Leader with over 10 years of experience in:
    • Client Management, QA Management & Delivery
    • Transformation and Consulting
  • Lead large QA portfolios and enhance clients’ Quality Maturity.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to senior stakeholders (VPs & Directors) to achieve technical and business objectives.
  • Assess clients’ current testing processes and tools, and recommend improvements in methodology, processes, and technology.
  • Establish Testing Centers of Excellence (TCoE) for multiple clients.
  • Build strong client relationships, provide guidance, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Define and execute growth strategies, including revenue forecasting, financial targets, service excellence, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Deliver QA services across:
    • Functional, Regression, Automation, and Performance Testing
    • End-to-End (E2E) Testing, Test Environment (TEM), and Test Data Management (TDM)
    • Implement CI/CD and DevOps solutions
  • Manage testing for both Package applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and custom applications (Web, Database, API).

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Domain Expertise: Retail and E-Commerce (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).
  • Proven ability to coordinate with internal CoE teams and partner tool vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, qTest, Tosca, Tosca DI, NeoLoad (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Gen AI solutions for testing (added advantage).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and passion for quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement across business functions.
