Client Advisor, Commercial Insurance (Corporate Clients)

What can you expect:

Responsibility for the day-to-day professional management and servicing of all aspects of client’s insurance portfolio, this role will also provide assistance to Client Executives and provide Client Support within the Food and Agriculture Team.

We will rely on you to:

• Develop and maintain strong client / insurer relationship.
• Develop a strong technical knowledge of all insurance products.
• Deliver day to day broking insurance services to assigned portfolio of SME and Scheme clients in relation to all classes of cover.
• Prepare submission and undertake risk marketing exercise.
• Obtain terms on renewal business and obtain renewal instructions from clients.
• Comply with Marsh corporate procedures and compliance requirements.
• Drive team spirit, flexibility and collaboration.
• Support an ongoing appraisal process.

What you will need to have:

• Minimum Qualification: Commercial CIP.
• Minimum 2 years Commercial experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders.          
• Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Flexible and team player.
