Reporting to the SVP of retail, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that equip our retail teams with the skills they need to create an outstanding shopping experience.As part of this role, you'll collaborate with store managers, regional sales directors, and HR business partners to develop and roll out comprehensive training plans. What makes this role unique is our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, which is reflected in this job description and throughout our organization. ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enable retail staff to provide exceptional customer service.We expect you to assess the training needs of our employees, develop, and implement training plans, and evaluate their effectiveness regularly.You shall collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent delivery of training materials and programs across different locations.We require you to create and update training manuals, job aids and other educational resources to support employee learning and development.You will conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip retail managers with the skills they need to deliver training effectively at store level.We expect you to use your excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with different stakeholders in the company.You should stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to sales, customer service, and training methodologies.You will have to travel as needed to different stores to monitor the success of training initiatives and provide feedback to management.RequirementsDevelop and deliver training programs that align with SKIMS’ retail strategy and goals.Create engaging and interactive training materials for new hires, existing staff, and management teams.Monitor the effectiveness of current training programs and identify areas for improvement to increase sales and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with department heads and HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Lead and coach a team of trainers to successfully execute on training initiatives across all retail locations.Regularly assess employee performance through evaluations and provide feedback to improve skillsets.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail training to enhance our programs.Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and progress.
