Job Description

Are you a structured and analytical thinker with a passion for data, finance, and organization? Do you enjoy supporting teams, coordinating tasks, and keeping processes running smoothly in an international environment? Then you’re the perfect fit. Join our team in Brussels as Finance and Controlling Support and assist us in managing and coordinating our international project activities. 

• Support international budgeting and disposition in our company-system, ensuring structured and accurate data management 
• Contribute to strategic controlling and financial oversight across global internationalclient projects 
• Analyze and improve existing processes, contributing to digital efficiency and project success 
• Collaborate on BI and data warehouse projects, merging complex data sources and developing reporting solutions 
• Prepare evaluations, presentations, and external communications related to client projects 
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders 
• Contribute to data analysis for business, market, and project insights 

This position is to be filled on a part-time basis (around 50%) starting 01.01.2026.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field 
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for improving processes and structures 
• Experience with budgeting, controlling, or project finance (international context is a plus) 
• Familiarity with BI tools, data integration, or reporting systems (e.g. Power BI, Excel) 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a part-time setting 
• Excellent communication skills in English and French and Dutch (German is a plus) 
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and cultures
