Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Systems Management Consultant focusing on Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) software and tools. The position would reside within the Digital EHS&S Team and has the option of working remotely from a home location or from an Arcadis office location. Our Digital EHS&S services help our clients deploy enterprise EHS&S software solutions for their environmental, health, safety, and sustainability needs.

You will be a key member to drive innovation and build strong technical communities within the Digital EHS&S Space. Role accountabilities:

• Lead, provide oversight and engagement in all life cycle stages of project execution of software deployment including configuration, implementation, and sustainment of EHS&S software and tools. 
• Serve as a functional expert for EHS&S systems
• Consult with the client on system requirements
• Create technical specifications to define the requirements of an EHS&S System
• Configure and test EHS software tools and systems
• Champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (i.e., Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, and other EHS&S software systems.)

In this role you must be willing to travel as needed to meet client and project needs.  Typical travel is between 0 to 20%

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience configuring and deploying EHS&S tools and systems.
• Experience with EHS&S software (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, and other third party EHS&S software systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

• EHS subject matter expertise knowledge 
• Consulting experience.
