Identity Access Management team within PCIS organization is seeking a dynamic IAM Solutions Architect to be the guiding star in designing, architecting, and implementing secure and scalable solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of user identities and their access to resources within PayPal.

The IAM solutions architect will help with translating intricate business requirements around access into seamless technical solutions. Their goal is to streamline and simplify user experience for IGA products while enhancing the security and compliance posture. Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ platform is a must to enable the identification of exact capabilities required to meet the customer needs. 

Your day to day:

In your day to day role you will

• Thoroughly understand customer requirements and guide them to come up with the best approach for integrating with the IGA platform. 

• Assess customer’s existing environment, understand, and identify gaps, develop IAM & PAM strategies and roadmap for complex environments. 

• Assess the pain points in the current IGA platform and come up with efficient ways to streamline processes to make it easy for the support teams.

• Effectively communicate and liaise with both business and technical stakeholders and other available resources, facilitating discussions, analyzing and evaluating options and providing recommended course of action to remain compliant, meeting both policy and integration requirements. 

• Maintain the integrity of the requirements throughout the integration life cycle. Develop and maintain proper documentation including configuration specifics and procedures, for implementation and ongoing operation/maintenance of solutions. 

• Establish and promote best practices for identity management and governance while streamlining the user experience.

• Provide high level estimates for various tasks and projects and assist with project planning and delivery.
