Senior Analyst - Global Partner Support

Your core focus will be to effectively prioritize and deliver product launches with those teams and other stakeholders that will drive improved customer experience, enhanced supplier support, and potentially increase a positive financial impact. We are looking for highly motivated and detailed-oriented individuals with a global mindset to help expand this space within the global supply chain industry.</p> <p><strong>Your Role and Expectations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate cross functionally on a global scale with product, operations and engineering teams to deliver initiatives to build the foundation for analytical framework as well as provide near term analysis to improve business impact, and experience for customers and suppliers</li> <li>Perform deep-dive analysis on business impact, supplier/customer experience KPIs by leveraging the analytics to identify root causes behind performance issues and provide insights around major pain points or other factors </li> <li>Communicate findings with a succinct point of view and utilize compelling visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.) for both executive level as well as cross-functional team level stakeholder management; ensuring that the insights can be used to help drive the strategies to deliver business impact</li> <li>Use quantitative and qualitative skill sets to work with large and complex datasets, analyze ambiguous questions and develop recommendations to guide business decisions with senior leadership</li> <li>Partner with business and engineering stakeholders at various levels to identify key factors and requirements for each initiative, secure the neccessary buy-in from leadership for project methodology, and build a 6-12 month roadmap with clear goals and milestones</li> <li>Work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to build visualizations for executive level KPI reporting and implement solutions in production environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Need </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Engineering disciplin</li> <li>Experience working in a project management setting is preferred; project or program management certification not required but is a plus </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skill with a focus on stakeholder management experience is desired</li> <li>Self-starter with a high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously</li> <li>Advanced experience with Google or Microsoft Office tools is required</li> <li>Proficiency with GBQ, SQL, or other database management of equal complexity is recommended</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’ll Gladly Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly competitive compensation packages (comprising of Base Salary and Equity)</li> <li>Paid volunteering work</li> <li>Contribution to private pension</li> <li>Commuting schemes (car, bike, public transport)</li> <li>Health &amp; Sport memberships</li> <li>Global Wellbeing Program</li> <li>Employee discount for Wayfair purchases</li> </ul> <p> </p><p><strong>Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities</strong></p> <p>Wayfair is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
