We are currently seeking a Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Austin office. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival

• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner

• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and reception area

• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room availability

• Assist with basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and correspondence

• Ensure security procedures are followed for guests and vendors

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus

• 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
