We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to join our team! This is a senior-level management position reporting directly to the company President. The candidate will be responsible for the full scope of talent acquisition activities for Full Visibility, mainly focused on technical recruiting within the federal contracting space.   

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all talent activities, including a recruiting team of 3-4 members
  
• Develop an overall strategy to recruit top technical talent in support of federal contracts
  
• Work with technical leads and senior management to set recruiting priorities
  
• Coordinate candidate sourcing with external recruiting firms
  
• Extend job offers to potential employees
  
• Implement and communicate our unique company culture and values to candidates and applicants
  
• Provide management with relevant and requested talent acquisition reports and documentation
  
• Assist in surge screening and interviewing candidates when needed
  
• Oversee and ensure EEO compliance
  
• Manage and coordinate hiring advisors to assist in technical screening candidates
  
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the recruiting team

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Robust experience as a senior technical recruiter in the information technology or cleared contracting space
  
• Previous experience in managing a team of technical recruiters, preferably within a small or medium size company.
  
• Experience crafting recruiting strategies and priorities, with a focus on hard-to-fill technical positions
  
• Ability to work remotely while professionally supporting video calls via Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
  
• Experience with utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), such as Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, etc.
  
• Possesses a high-level understanding of the technology and/or cleared job market, technology stacks, and technical skills and abilities
  
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws including EEO and other required compliance
  
• Ability to build rapport with all employees and candidates
  
• Possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent time management skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

Desired Work Location:

• Candidates who are local to the National Capital Region (Washington, D.C./Northern VA) for routine in-person meetings are preferred, but a remote candidate willing to travel occasionally will also be considered
