• RN for in-home care for private duty client in St. Clair Shore, MI
• Part-time between 20- 40 hours/ week

Some of our requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) through the state of Michigan with current and unrestricted license.
• 6 months recent, relevant experience is preferred (in Home Health Care)
• Assess/ evaluate s patient needs, reports changes and patient status to physician
• Updates Care Plan
• Submits documentation thoroughly and timely
• Supervises Home Care Aide (as applicable)
• Experience with skin management, medication management, general health assessments, care coordination.
• Strong wound care skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• CPR certified preferred
