We are looking for a Sr. Training Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of training programs related to sovereign cloud instances. This role involves deep collaboration with engineering teams to research and understand sovereign cloud environments and develop comprehensive training materials for external customers. You will also be responsible for delivering these trainings through virtual sessions, ensuring that customers have the knowledge and resources needed to operate these cloud environments effectively. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how sovereign cloud technologies are evolving in response to global technological and geopolitical trends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on sovereign cloud instances by working closely with engineering teams.
- Develop and transform technical research into structured, engaging training materials.
- Create complete training content, including SCORM files and other deliverables.
- Deliver training sessions to external customers, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine training methodologies and content.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback collection.
- Utilize various instructional techniques, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, and presentations, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Modify and improve training programs based on customer feedback and observed effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience developing end-to-end training content, including SCORM files.
- 5+ years of experience working closely with engineering teams to translate technical concepts into training materials.
- 5+ years of experience delivering training to external customers, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise technology company.
- Experience integrating with engineering teams to identify and document standard operating procedures.
- Strong ability to engage and educate external customers in a virtual training environment.
- Familiarity with media production, instructional design software, and digital content delivery methods.
