THE JOB:

As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience. With your approachable and personable demeanor, you help create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression long after guests depart. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth and efficient checkouts, and maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing retail space directly contributes to an elevated shopping experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales

• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping

• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in retail sales

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
