Job Purpose

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
 

• Wdrażanie narzędzi, procesów i standardów przyjętych przez organizację.
• Dbałość o przestrzeganie wewnętrznych zasad i procedur w zakresie realizacji polityki HR.
• Opracowywanie, wdrażanie i monitorowanie systemów motywacyjnych.
• Wspieranie procesu selekcji i rekrutacji nowych pracowników, w tym także uczestniczenie w przygotowywaniu umów o pracę.
• Uczestniczenie w tworzeniu opisów stanowisk.
• Nadzór nad procesem ustalania ścieżek karier pracowników.
• Nadzór i utrzymanie systemu okresowych ocen pracowników.
• Realizowanie działań związanych z planowaniem i organizacją szkoleń oraz procesem rozwoju pracowników.
• Współpraca z firmami doradztwa personalnego oraz instytucjami zewnętrznymi.
• Przygotowywanie raportów, sprawozdań, analiz i prezentacji dotyczących spraw pracowniczych dla
