The Sr. Tech Field Service (T3) will provide essential administrative support to the procurement team, managing vendor relationships, bid room activities, and procurement documentation. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and access to controlled information.
What You Will Do:
- Bid Room Management: Administer and coordinate bid room activities, ensuring all procurement documents are organized and processed efficiently.
- Service Entry Sheets (SES): Create, review, and manage Service Entry Sheets (SES) to facilitate accurate and timely procurement transactions.
- Vendor Master Management: Maintain and update the vendor master database, ensuring all vendor information is accurate and current.
- Certs and Reps: Manage certifications and representations (certs and reps) documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, prepare necessary documentation, and generate reports as required.
- Vendor Relations: Assist in managing vendor relationships, including communication and follow-up on procurement-related inquiries.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Purchase Requisitions: Create, review, and manage purchase requisitions to ensure that procurement needs are met efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of administrative experience in procurement or a related field; or an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiarity: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
