Flight Operations Specialist (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

A Flight Operations Specialist will support the Chief Pilot, Assistant Chief Pilot and Fleet Program Director team in various ways which will allow management pilots to focus on key initiatives, projects and flying duties in order to achieve long term improvements needed for the companies growth plans.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assists with various projects including manual updates, risk assessments, data analysis, and fleet reliability and pilot productivity.
• Aid the FPD team stay connected with Crewmembers through recognition opportunities, schedule support, and other follow up needs.  
• Additional tasks as assigned in order to free up the FPD's to focus on long term improvements needed to allow for fleet growth.

Bachelor's in Aviation Management
