THE OPPORTUNITY:

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

 

The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months.  LEAP prepares sccessfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units.  Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship. 

 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

 

2024 PROGRAM DATES:

• June 3 – August 16
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, PST
• June 17 – 20:  On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office 
• July 1 – 5: Week off for vacation

 

POSITION TITLE: Beauty Services

YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA...

As the Beauty Services Intern you will support the Beauty Services team by completing competitor research, support key store facing projects on 2024 Beauty Service initiatives and support recruiting efforts for licensed beauty advisors.

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

• Condensing and organizing competitor analysis on beauty services
• Support scheduling and reporting for beauty school recruitment events
• Support beauty services store communications
• Support roll out of new service offerings
• Create proposal to optimize store facing content and reporting
• Demonstrate our Sephora values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite
• Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize large quantities of information
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on deadline
• Previous project management experience a plus

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

• Graduating in 2024 or 2025 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
• Remote & hybrid program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time  
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.  
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions *
• Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA 

 

 

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.  Se
